Parent & Citizen Journal
Redesign of the Parent & Citizen Journal, a publication in print since 1933, undertaken as part of my role as editor from 2025. The new direction draws on the publication’s history while introducing a visual language inspired by survival guidebooks. The redesign reflects a shift in content, positioning the journal as a practical resource for P&C volunteers rather than a general parent publication. The tone supports content focused on actionable guidance, useful resources, inspirational stories and fun. It takes members seriously in their role and responsibilities.
